May 6–19, 2012 I Issue 10, Vol.6 Standing the Test of Time April 29 was a monumental Sunday in the life of First Baptist Dallas. We buried a time capsule with messages from you to future generations of First Dallas worshippers. On the 200th anniversary of our church in 2068, members will open our messages and know the love, care, prayer, and sacrifice that contributed to the spiritual legacy of this church, the legacy we continue to build today. We also had a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Horner Parking Garage. Parking on Sunday mornings and weekdays will now be even more convenient and more space will provide more opportunity for ministry. Our campus continues to rise, all because of your generous sacrifice. To God be the glory for all He is doing at First Dallas.
