As a class, split into small groups and brainstorm about stories from your chapter that you think local news media might be interested in covering: a commu-nity service event, an individual student success story, anything you find inspiring. Then, come together as a class and pick the top two or three ideas. Elect a PR committee (if you don’t already have one), and have them write press releases and contact local media representatives.
