Toledo REALTOR Magazine Special Election Issue : Page 1TOLEDO REALTOR ® MAGAZINE Special Election Issue Happy Fall??? Well if you are like me you hate to see the summer come to an end, especially one that was as beautiful as this past one. You would think by now I would quit saying “I can’t believe how fast the summer flew by”, yet I say it every year! Although I am a warm weather girl through and through I am excited to see the colors of fall, to wear jeans and an old sweatshirt and of course Ohio State Football!!! I’m also excited about every ‐ thing that is happening at the Toledo Board of REALTORS®. Many of you have seen my Industry Update dur ‐ ing your sales meetings so you have heard a little bit about what to expect. Some of those items include electronic billing starting with your 2012 dues bill (no more paper bills being sent to your home or office), quarterly billing (our way to help make paying your dues a little easier), finalizing the sale of the TBR building to Toledo Hospital, looking for a new “home”, new members joining the Board of Directors, and the list goes on. If you haven’t heard everything that is happening, please join me at the Lunch and Learn on October 27th from 12:00 PM—1:00 PM where I will share current local and national market trends and what you can expect from TBR as we finish out 2011 and start 2012. Also make sure to read the daily emails — I know at times you get sick of seeing my name pop up in your Inbox, but I promise the information will be short and sweet and very valuable. It’s been almost a year since I’ve started with TBR and your Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and fellow members have accomplished so much I don’t even know where to start. Thank you to everyone who has come to an event, served on a committee, donated to RPAC, or provided your feedback and input. Watch for a member survey sometime later this year. Please take a few minutes to provide us with your feedback so we know what its important to you as we look forward to 2012. Enjoy this beautiful time of year and I hope to see all of you at our Annual Meeting on December 1st.
