Florida Virtual School Full Time (FLVS FT) is a public, free, full-time virtual school program for Florida students in grades Kindergarten–12. Approved by the Florida Department of Education and the Florida Legislature, our school is operated in partnership between Florida Virtual School, Florida’s award-winning virtual education provider for over a decade, and Connections Academy, a division of Connections Education LLC, a recognized national leader in virtual education. FLVS FT delivers a rigorous, world-class curriculum that achieves results and prepares students for success in the 21st century. Like other public school students, our students beneﬁt from the expertise and accountability of publicly funded education within a traditional 180-day school year. Our Florida-certiﬁed teachers form strong, one-on-one relationships with students and provide personalized instruction. We give students the ability to vary their pace and work from any location, and we enable parents to be directly involved in their child’s learning. Our ﬂexible program also allows students to pursue an excellent education full time and earn a diploma while embracing family time, favorite activities, part-time jobs, and other hallmarks of a well-rounded life.
