A Message from our CEO and Chairman In late December 2011, Bobby Dupre, one of our friends and a ‘2011 Leaders in Philanthropy Awards’ recipient, visited our office. In conversation, he asked, “How did ya’ll do this year?” He then quickly corrected himself and said, “I should ask, ‘how did WE do?’” His correction is spot-on and reminds us of a card we received several years ago from Kay Doré, another friend, as she wrote, “Best wishes in growing OUR Foundation.” In fact, we are YOUR Foundation! Our Core Purpose is to connect all generous people with the causes they care about. Our donor-focused and entrepreneurial model is unique and appealing. We provide the canvas on which individuals, families, businesses, and other foundations can paint their philanthropic landscapes, all in an effort to improve the quality of life in our communities.
