About Our Staff Our Director, Joe Greitzer, is skilled in working with campers and counselors. He has an undergradu-ate degree from Emory University and a Law Degree from Georgetown Law School. He and his wife Robin have three children. Caroline Burns, our Equestrian Director, has been trained in the British Horse Society and Pony Clubs. She directs Camp Rim Rock’s riding program. During the last 18 years under Caroline’s leadership, Camp Rim Rock’s riding program has grown in size and reputation. Natalie Venmore-Hardman, Associate Director, was born in London and trained in Child Development and Business. Nat joined CRR in 2006. Nat enjoys work-ing directly with our Unit Heads and overseeing parent communications. Amy Whitton, Shana Ferguson, Donna Burton and Kate Warchomij join us as Program Directors for the summer of 2012. They bring a wealth of combined experience and talent as former campers, counselors, Unit Heads and Program Directors. We welcome their return to Camp this summer. Joan Mathias, our Administrative Assistant, consults with many parents in handling the enrollment process. Having held this position for more than two decades, she is experienced and reassuring as she answers any questions and concerns parents may have. In addition to the year round staff, we have a large summer staff from the United States and overseas.
