Fripp Island Golf and Beach Resort Rental Brochure 2012 Rev : Page 7C amp F ripp a dventures T he Activity Center is the focal point of all the great nature programs on Fripp Island such as Meet the Animals, Audubon Trail Nature Walk, Birding, Beach Eco Walk, Marsh Creek Canoeing/Kayaking and Nature by Bike. See the animals and reptiles that live year-round at the Activity Center like Jimbo the Python, Myrtle the Turtle, and Irwin the Alligator. All programs are seasonal so guests should check with the Activity Center office at 843-838-1516 for schedules and availability. Kids will never forget their first experience at “Camp Fripp.” It’s the most fun they can have with their sneakers on. Each day has its own theme. One of the most popular field trips is the “Dolphin Cruise” where children actually see these playful mammals jumping in the inlet. Arts and crafts include tie-dyeing, piggy bank painting, sand dollar decorating, candle decoupage, and so many more we can’t possibly list them all. Kid’s Night Out is for children 3 to 12 years of age. It’s everything a kid would expect and more. Call 843-838-1516 for all the funtastic details. The Activity Center offers programs by appointment for older children too. Be sure to check out the numerous programs designed for the entire family.
