Wisconsin Woman Magazine Directory 2009 : Page 4

4 Welcome Welcome! W e are proud to bring you the 8th edition of the Wisconsin Woman Business & Re- source Directory. Those of you familiar with our past seven editions know what a useful tool this Directory is. For those of you who are new to the Directory, we hope you will be pleasantly surprised by all the great information it contains. This is the only local resource designed especially for women by women and its primary purpose is to make a wide variety of information readily available to busy women. For 2009, we’ve revamped the Directory to add some new information and resources and make it more user-friendly. The 2009 Directory still contains business and resource listings, as well as useful mini-articles, media contacts, green resources and tips, major holidays for 2009 and 2010 and much more. All this comes in a handy and convenient form you can keep on your desk, in your briefcase, at home and in your car. And, since the Directory is free, you could have one copy in each place, if you like. All these features are designed to help you manage your schedule more effectively by putting critical information at your fingertips. As you can see on the cover, we have a great new collection of “Cover Girls.” Their profiles are on pages 10-15; learn more about who they are and what they do. If you would like to communicate with us, please feel free. We are interested in your feed- back on what you like or don’t like and other things you think should be included. In addition, if you enjoy the Directory, please tell others about it, support the advertisers and businesses listed, and let them know how you found them. If you are in business yourself, make it a point to become part of next year’s Directory. You will be in great company and will be hit- ting a powerful target audience — WOMEN!
