My intention is to discover connections between imagination, spirit, history and concrete reality, creating a vision of an alternative life that is alive with mystery. The painting includes a center light that can be interpreted as a star or spirit, and a tree that represents the connection between heaven and earth. The visual elements are rendered with a color palette of soft reds and greens.” 17 Where to eat Downtown Dining Guide
