He received his PhD in physics from the Technical University of Aachen in 1993. He joined Aixtron in 1994 as a member of the process development group, followd by various management positions in technology, sales and marketing. In his current position as Vice President Marketing he is responsible for strategic and operational marketing of Aixtron products, such as MOCVD, HVPE, plasma enhanced CVD and OVPD equipment for manufacturing of compound semiconductors, carbon nanotubes, organic semiconductors and other materials Mr. Kae Huang, Director of Global Marketing, Jusung Engineering. He has over 14 years of experience in the semiconductor, LED and solar industries, holding management positions at Jusung Engineering, Novellus Systems, Lam Research, and Applied Materials. Mr. Huang joined Jusung Engineering in March, 2011 as Director of Global Marketing. Prior to Jusung, he was in charge of Business Development at Novellus Systems, responsible for various markets across Asia, as well as leading the company into the LED market. Mr. Huang holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and an Industrial Engineering Degree from Purdue University. Jim Jenson, Vice President of Marketing, Veeco Instruments’ MOCVD business, serving the HB-LED industry. Jim has over 18 years of experience in the semiconductor, flat panel display and data storage industries. He has been with Veeco for over five years, most recently serving as the head of marketing for Veeco’s Data Storage Process Equipment business. Prior to joining Veeco, Jim held a variety of senior marketing and general management positions at Brooks Automation, a leading automation provider to the semiconductor and related industries. Jim has also served as a consultant to the nuclear electric power industry and as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Jenson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science Degree in Operations Research from Northeastern University. Guido Pickert, Director of Investor Relations, Aixtron. Since 2007, he has been responsible for the global investor relations activities of the Aixtron group. After finishing his academic studies of international business administration in Germany and Spain, he joined an Investor Relations agency in Frankfurt in 1999 supporting international customers with their investor relations obligations and activities.
