The Historic Sites Coalition of Rhode Island was established by Preserve Rhode Island in 2007 and has created a collaborative environment for over 50 organizations statewide. Activities include special projects, business planning and 2010 census, staff retreat, an email listserv, events, various workshops, and this joint markerting venue menu. Preserve Rhode Island is committed to fostering a strategic collaboration amongst historic site organizations, creating synergies that help protect these special places in Rhode Island for public enjoyment, inspiration and knowledge.
