Updated Guidelines

New joint guidelines for device-based therapy of cardiac rhythm abnormalities were released by the ACC Foundation, American Heart Association and Heart Rhythm Society. Chief among the updates to the 2008 guidelines are expanded indications for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and device follow up.
